Faced with the need to update their existing office space, the client saw the opportunity to use their main floor as a pilot space for an Activity Based Working model.

This 5th floor has the unique condition of an interior double-height atrium at its center, which was seized to create a multi-purpose space for all-hands and social events that could be arranged into multiple configurations.

The surrounding walls of the atrium were blank, presenting a great opportunity to load them on the office side with a variety of program.
